After providing childcare services facilitated through our platform, nannies can ask the recipient they provided care for to provide review comments and rate their services. These reviews and ratings are visible on the nanny’s profile on our website and show up in search results. We understand the hard work nannies do and the value they bring to our community. We believe that hard work should be rewarded. We encourage our childcare recipients to provide reviews and ratings on their nannies if they have provided care that meets or exceeds their expectations. This enables other childcare recipients to identify the highly rated nannies on our platform ensuring that those nannies are rewarded with more childcare requests. Childcare recipients can also provide unsolicited reviews and ratings by going into their user portal under the childcare history page.
