Our provider dashboard is your one-stop interface to view and update your profile, view your profile completion percentage, receive childcare requests, accept or decline childcare requests, view completed childcare service history, request ratings and reviews from recipients you have provided service to in the past, view your overall rating, and respond to chats from childcare recipients. When you accept a childcare request, the contact details of the recipient become available in your dashboard, and you can communicate directly with them to work out the details of your childcare engagement including your hours and pay.
Recipient Dashboard
Our recipient dashboard provides a comprehensive interface to search for and find the care you need for your family. Our powerful search engine enables you to search for nannies using various criteria such as current location, country of birth, languages spoken, services offered, desired pay range, etc. Once you identify a nanny that can meet your needs, you can chat directly with the nanny from your dashboard to agree on the details of the care arrangement including hours and pay, and request care for the days you need. From your dashboard, you can also view and update your profile, view your profile completion percentage, view completed childcare service history, give ratings and reviews for providers you have used in the past, and view your chat history. When your childcare request has been accepted, the contact details of the provider become available in your dashboard.

Once the terms of the agreement have been finalized, recipients can make a formal care request to the provider from their dashboard.
Child Care History
Details of childcare engagements that are requested, accepted, and completed through our platform are available for both the provider and recipient. Providers and recipients can see details such as start and end dates, names of children care was provided for, type of care provided, etc., or can report issues. Providers can request reviews and rating from recipients that they have provided service to and recipients can give reviews.
